Cibasti is a marketplace where we sell products and more from other vendors. Cibasti doesn't manufacturer, store, handle, distribute or even ship the products - the vendors does. Cibasti only displays the products, sell the products on the vendor's behalf and sends the order's made on Cibasti to the vendors. The vendors then manufacture the products, package them and then send the package directly to you.
It's not news to anyone that we are heading towards an Environmental crisis if we don't do something right now. At this very moment. Still, we want our lives to be as normal as possible. We still want to travel, eat good, buy new clothes and do things that make us smile. Makes others smile.
When we sat down and thought about how we would like to present Cibasti, the content, the meaning, and everything in between - we came to think about the Environment. Especially regarding return, exchange, and refund.
So we got an idea - PASS IT FOWARD
We don't refund or replace orders due to order wrong size, wrong color, wrong product, wrong print or buyer’s remorse. You need to be extra careful when you order so you get exactly what you want and need. Should you still get a package with "wrongs"; please pass the products forward to someone who can use them instead. Give them to someone you love, care for or to your local support store.
Everybody can't do everything, but if we all do something - together it will be a lot. If you don't see it as we do, please don't shop at Cibasti.com
RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY
All claims are with the manufacturer, not with Cibasti, but you should always initiate a support ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org first. Depending on the product and manufacture; we forward that email to the manufacturer with a copy to you or send instructions to you directly. After this; the owner of responsibility lies now with the manufacturer, not Cibasti. All future correspondence shall now go to the manufacturer, not Cibasti.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on any of our manufactures are covered at our expense.
When the manufacture receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If correct address isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
The manufactures does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Orders cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped. An order can usually be canceled within 4 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed.
If your package hasn't arrived 30 days after the estimated time of arrival, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org containing order nr, products missing, and shipping address.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
